The Hydrotherapy Reserve refers to the lower water storage and processing system associated with Asylum Rock's hydrotherapy wing. Current records suggest the reserve relied on a bank of ten Malin desalination spheres for seawater processing, cleaning, desalination, and upward pumping.

The scale of the reserve remains one of the clearest examples of Malin's tendency toward redundant, self-contained, and overengineered medical infrastructure.
