Asylum Rock

Island site of Troy Malin's hospital complex, positioned between Gondola Island and Pandora's Rock and associated with older unidentified ruins.

Asylum Rock is the central location of the Trust archive and the site of the Malin hospital complex. The island's later medical use appears to have grown from an earlier logistical role within the Malin family route between Gondola Island and Pandora's Rock.

Records repeatedly describe the site as difficult to build upon, exposed, and already marked by older monolithic remains. Its hospital infrastructure later expanded into a dense system of wards, treatment centres, hydrotherapy reserves, transport corridors, cargo yards, and automated support machinery.
