Family ownership and stewardship structure associated with Asylum Rock, Pandora's Rock, Gondola Island, and the later hospital works.
The Malin Family Estate is used by the Trust as the catalogue term for family ownership, stewardship, access rights, and correspondence relating to the Outer Islands. It should be distinguished from Malin Corporation, though records frequently overlap.
Estate material is central to questions of site selection, restricted movement, older island claims, and the relationship between Troy Malin's hospital project and Ulysses Malin's custodianship of Pandora's Rock.
